How you became interested in Vintage VW's:
The people's car. The only vehicle I could look at and see how things worked or figure them out.
Why did you pick this particular model?
Needed a truck to haul things and something vintage my kid would ride in, he says "daddy your bug is tooo loud."
Any stories/facts about this particular car:
The previous owner had it painted and then left it to rot for two years in his granite slab yard. It just got banged around, a ding here, a ding there, a ding ding everywhere.
