How you became interested in vintage VW's: It all started with water-cooled and slowly got into the Aircooled scene.

Why did you pick this model VW?: Saw the early Ghias at a show and fell in love with the lines.

Any interesting stories/ facts about this particular car?: Likes to give me a hard time but when I get inside it becomes a love/hate relationship. This car has 'tude!

 

How being a member of MPAS improves your vintage VW experience: It is an awesome thing! I am seeing everyone take their cars to the next level, not to mention the friendships!

Final comments: I'm so happy to see the development of MPAS in such a short time! Meeting people from other clubs and having them come down for our events.
